Clashmore Holiday Cottages

Join us on our Highland croft, worked by our family, which has had links to Clashmore for over a hundred years.

We renovated the buildings ourselves and have been running Clashmore Holiday Cottages for over 30 years. We live in Clashmore where we work sheep on our crofts, so we are well placed to assist you with any questions about the local area.

​

Our traditional self-catering cottages have been modernised and are comfortable and well-equipped. They boast wood-burning stoves and have WiFi. We provide a utility space, which is a handy place to dry any wet clothes or boots or to store bicycles. It is also fitted with a washer/dryer for your use.

​

The cottages are set in an idyllic location overlooking the breathtaking coast of the North West Highlands, with views of the Outer Hebrides and the unique mountains of Assynt. The local area boasts numerous trout lochs, beautiful empty beaches, and an abundance of wildlife. In addition to the wilds of this unique environment, the nearby village of Lochinver is home to a number of excellent restaurants. Assynt is an ideal location if you are coming to explore the North Coast 500, to pursue one of the many available outdoor activities or if you are simply coming to this stunning location for rest and tranquillity.
